as for your question, hindi lang naman indie pop yung lumalabas sa amin. may fragments of shoegaze and a whole lot of traditional stuff like bossa ang new wave di bah?
as for pinoys not giving a hoot about this sort of music, gunun talaga... mas appealing kasi sa pinoy ang mga music na immediate at upfront... sa karamihan mas macho ang tugtog mas okey... d nila ma-gets yung apeal ng indie music unless patugtugin ito sa radio ng madalas, saka lang magka-catch-on ang mga pinoy...
